This multi-phase initiative unified all team, hospitality, and fan-experience environments under a single Q-SYS networked control and DSP platform, creating a cohesive IP-based ecosystem for video, audio, IPTV, conferencing, and lighting. This framework now serves as the operational backbone of the facility—linking all network audio, video, and lighting systems through one flexible, scalable infrastructure. Custom Q-SYS interfaces provide an intuitive control experience across all environments, simplifying daily operation and maintenance.

Center Ice
The Center Ice Executive Board Room serves as the primary meeting and collaboration hub for the Nashville Predators’ leadership team and visiting executives. This space was designed to deliver a seamless, high-end conferencing and presentation experience, integrating a dedicated Zoom video conferencing platform and IPTV system controlled with Q-SYS.

Team Operations Systems
This environment provides seamless communication, collaboration, and performance throughout the Predators’ team facilities – interconnecting the War Room, Coaches’ Theater, Locker Room, and Locker Room Corridor. Coaches and players can present, annotate, and review any source or content from room to room, conduct live video conferences, and trigger environmental lighting cues—all from Q-SYS touch panels.

Fan Experience Areas
The BetMGM Restaurant Lounge features Vitec IP/TV with commercial displays, a BLOX LED wall, and distributed audio, creating a fully managed hospitality experience controlled via a Q-SYS touch panel. The Gnashville Fan Zone provides interactive, family-friendly engagement spaces with areas for VR and Gaming – supported with high quality distributed audio, bluetooth wall plates, and commercial displays with Vitec IP/TV, all controlled via Q-SYS.

Premium Suites
S&L Integrated standardized the premium suites under a unified Q-SYS control and IPTV architecture, encompassing the Bunker Suites, California Closets Suite, and Lexus Lounge, providing guests and staff with a consistent and intuitive interface for managing displays, audio, and source selection.

Client Care & Ongoing Support
S&L Integrated provides continuous lifecycle support through its Client Care Program, including remote system monitoring, diagnostics, firmware updates, and on-site service. This proactive program ensures reliability, uptime, and long-term performance for every Q-SYS-enabled environment within Bridgestone Arena.
