Requires the user to “drive” the meeting from their own device (laptop) with their chosen soft codec platform (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, etc.). This type of solution is recommended for more tech-savvy users who don’t feel the need to have a familiar user interface to work with or organizations that don’t have a dedicated meeting platform.

Native Solutions

Driven through a touch panel interface that supports Microsoft Teams, Zoom, GoToMeeting, Pexip, or RingCentral. Provides the user with a touch panel interface that looks and feels like the meeting platform software. The room system can be invited to organize meetings and meetings can be joined easily from the interface. This makes user adoption much easier and gives the organization a unified meeting experience.
