CLIENT CARE
Client Care is a periodic maintenance plan to ensure that your AV system stays operational. Keeping your system operating efficiently is important to your organization. Providing you with that peace of mind is our goal. Client Care is offered to our clients as coverage for unlimited service calls, repairs, warranty support, equipment replacement discounts, and remote monitoring.
CLIENT CARE FEATURES

Unlimited Service Calls
With a Client Care Agreement, you have unlimited on-site and remote service calls. You can request service or support for any issue or problem with your AV system, at any time, without having to worry about additional charges.

Remote Monitoring
Automated Remote Monitoring allows us to receive alerts from your AV system when problems occur and easily maintain and monitor the system remotely. This allows us to be proactive in learning about and resolving issues.

warranty support
Many manufacturers of electronic components won’t replace defective equipment unless it’s been serviced and installed by industry certified technicians. Our team of technicians is industry certified and receives ongoing training on new equipment and systems. When we maintain your system, we help keep you compliant with the manufacturer’s guidelines.

equipment replacement discounts
As a Client Care customer, you receive special equipment replacement discounts for any costs outside of the manufacturer warranty.
Remote monitoring
Remote Monitoring, access, & support is offered as a feature of Client Care or by itself. Automated Remote Monitoring allows us to receive alerts from your AV system when problems occur and easily maintain and monitor the system remotely. This allows us to be proactive in learning about issues and resolving them.
ADD-ON FEATURES
Any of these additional coverage options can be added to your Client Care or Remote Monitoring Agreements.

Preventative Maintenance Visits
An on-site visit to inspect, clean, and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure that the equipment is functioning properly and prevent major malfunctions or breakdowns.

Emergency Response
Immediate technical support in the event of a critical malfunction or failure of AV equipment.

After Hours, Nights, Weekend Support
To ensure that your system is always functioning properly, regardless of the time of day.
